Each item is handmade and unique, so all sales are generally final.

If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your purchase, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at hello@kornelijart.com. I’ll review your request and work with you to find a solution, refunds or replacements may be offered in certain cases.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
