We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@kornelijaart.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
When will I get my order?
All orders ship out every Friday. Order by 12 PM PT on Friday for same-day shipping.
Do you sell internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates vary (typically around $20), or free on orders over $100.
Are the patches safe to wash?
Yes. For long-lasting results, wash on cold and dry on low heat.
Where are your products manufactured?
Everything is handmade in San Diego, California.
